Payment Policy
By subscribing to Vibe Tribe FZ L.L.C (“Vibe Tribe,” “the Company”), the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following payment terms:
Vibe Tribe offers a 15-day free trial for new participants. If the participant wishes to discontinue their trial or any promotional trial period, they must cancel their subscription before the trial period ends to avoid automatic charges. No refunds will be issued for charges resulting from failure to cancel.
For paid subscriptions, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws. Participants who cancel their subscriptions will retain access until the end of their current billing cycle, after which the service will terminate. No partial refunds or prorated reimbursements will be provided for any unused subscription period.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offers, free trials, or pricing structures. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and it remains the participant’s responsibility to review updated terms before continuing their subscription.
Renewal and Expiration of Subscription
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the participant prior to the renewal date. Subscription fees will be charged to the designated payment method unless an action is taken by the participant to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade their plan. The participant will receive an email notification before renewal to ensure awareness of the upcoming charge. The Company assumes noresponsibility for charges incurred due to failure to cancel before renewal.
In the event of an unsuccessful payment due to insufficient funds or an expired payment method, the Company reserves the right to suspend access until payment is successfully processed. If non-payment persists beyond [X] days, the account may be terminated.
If a subscription includes a free trial period, participants will be charged immediately after the trial ends unless they cancel before the trial expiration date. No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to cancel before the trial period ends.

The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing due to external factors, including but not limited to inflation, changes in taxes, payment processing fees, and increased operational costs. If theparticipant’s subscription plan is affected by a price adjustment, they will be notified at least 30 days in advance, allowing them to review the changes.
Promotions, Discounts, and Limited-Time Offers
From time to time, the Company may offer discounts, promotional pricing, or special offers for new or existing participants. Such offers:
- Are available for a limited time only and may be discontinued at the Company’s discretion.
- Are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
